Room in Vienna 3. Bezirk - Landstraße - PIFR2-2

Accommodation description from the host:
I offer 2 guestrooms (modern and well equipped, WiFi-access, air-conditioned) in my private roof appartment in the heart of Vienna (3rd district – Wien-Landstraße). My bathroom, the kitchen as well as the huge roof terrasse with a tremendous view to St. Stephans Cathedral and the famous Vienna amusement park Prater are to be shared; a rich and varied breakfast is included in the rate, but additional costs for the Viennese Tourism Tax are charged separately (€ 2.- per person and day).

You will find restaurants, coffee-bars, shops etc. as well as sightseeing highlights such as museums, castle of Belvedere, Botanic Garden in the direct neighborhood. The City, Central Station, gay area at the Naschmarkt are reachable within 15 to 30 minutes walking distance or with public means such as streetcars, metro or train. A late check-in or check-out could be possible by prior arrangement. I am speaking german, english and french.

Late check-in is possible until midnight on the day of arrival, and

Late check-out is possible on the day of departure until a maximum of 20 o'clock.

Both, however, only against prior agreement, additional costs for it does not apply.
